Chris Lambertson brings over 25 years of experience as a licensed contractor, combining hands on construction experience with strong business leadership. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in business and a masters degree in economics from James Madison University. Having lived in the Beaches Community for over 30 years, Chris has a deep understanding of the local construction industry, zoning, and development process. His leadership experience includes serving as Chairman of the Atlantic Beach Community Development Board, and Vice Chairman of the City of Jacksonville Planning Commission.
Kemper holds a business and finance degree from Auburn University and brings strong financial expertise to Elite Homes. With a background in forecasting, budgeting, and cost management, she oversees the company’s financial operations with accuracy and clarity. Her role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, client billing, and financial communication, ensuring every project is supported by reliable planning and transparent information.
