The owners which previously resided in Charleston, South Carolina wanted a home like the old Charleston Homes. This beautiful two story home has open porches on first and second floor in the front and the back. Ten foot ceilings on both floors created the high ceilings that were common during a time with no air conditioning. As with the Old Charleston homes the garage is located in the rear, which gives this home a beautiful front elevation.
