Chris Lambertson launched Elite Homes, Inc. in 1999 building exclusively at the beaches in coastal Northeast Florida. Chris is a licensed contractor and is the on-site project superintendent for every home he builds. This focus on detail allows him to manage trades for quality, time and cost efficiency and fair trade pricing.
With twenty –two (22) years’ experience in the construction industry he has learned the business from the ground up. He has worked with each trade to make sure he understands the details of each discipline. Chris graduated with a MBA from James Madison University and lives with his family in Atlantic Beach in the community which he builds beautiful homes.
